I recently switched to this brand of white bean extract. Previously I was taking a brand whose daily dosage stated "not to exceed more than 3 pills." This one, however, doesn't have any daily intake restrictions. In fact, it says to take 3 pills with every meal containing carbs and/or starches. Well, if you're eating 3 meals/day with carbs and/or starches in them, that's a whopping 9 pills a day. Needless to say, the gassy side effect is *very* prevalent. And I'm sorry, but I can't go 100 percent carb-less. I did that 10 years ago when Atkins and South Beach were the cool kids in school. Sure, I lost a lot of weight eliminating carbs from my diet, but man was I miserable. Besides, these days I rely on certain foods with whole grain fiber for energy and...well...other bodily eliminations, shall we say. Eat a small cup of steel-cut oatmeal, pop 3 pills of this stuff, and here I am. At work. Doing my best to conceal my farts. In an open studio, no less, so I don't even have the quasi-privacy of a cubicle. It's comical and tragic. As for whether it's helping me shed pounds, it's really too soon to say. But despite the product's uncomfortable side effect, I'm willing to stick with it until the pills are gone. And at 9+ pills a day, that won't take long. I should probably stock up on Beano in the meantime.

I’ve been trying to lose a few pounds but was not getting very far. I have heard about carb blockers but never tried any. I decided to read up on the different carb blockers available and this was the one I decided to go with due to the reviews on it. I have been taking this product for about a month now and I am very pleased with it. I have dropped a couple of pounds and I am not hungry all the time like I used to be. When I first started taking it I did have a lot of gas but after the third day it subsided. I would recommend this product to my friends.

I Am really pleased with this product ! It came packaged very well. I honestly found this one did the most for me. What pleased me the most that I lost alot of weight and the people who see me everyday noticed it! But I had no side effects and just like everyone on the Dr. Oz. weight loss train, so many of these supplements come and they are not up to standard as we hear from Dr. Oz. meaning some come with white labels over dates, codes, etc. Not this one! This is pure and sealed and the label can be read. I highly reccommend this product to anyone who has tried the other White Kidney Beans such as myself and who wants to see results! I am sold on this company for sure.
