I am on wt watchers and had already been averaging 2 pnd's a week wt loss. Adding this product did not increase that. You have to take 6 capsules a day which makes this quite expensive as this bottle only lasts 15 days. There were no noticeable side effects but also no real increase in wt loss over what i was already achieving. On the wt watchers program. Save your money.
