Here is my review of this product having used it for 3 months now. I have always been considered heavy but have been working to lose weight for around a year now. My friend and I have both been working out together to lose weight and get back to our high school sizes. He had read about raspberry ketones and tried it for 2 months, after those two to three months he told me about it and how it had helped him. I decided to give it a try after thorough research online, I ended up found this brand from his recommendation, so I started right at New Years time. We both have had similar results when comparing our weight loss before and after starting to take raspberry ketones. I take 3 capsules a day, one before each meal, I havent noticed any side effects. Overall I have lost 18 pounds in the last 3 months, I now weight 242 pounds. Goal weight is 180

I originally heard about these Raspberry Ketones from a friend. After hearing the recommendation I decided to give it a try. For the past couple years I have been eating right and exercising 1-2 times per week and have been slowly been losing weight (4 lbs / month average). My goal has been to get to 150 lbs for awhile now. With this supplement I hope to get there.Between work, the kids and everything else I don’t have a ton of time for exercise so I really wanted to try these raspberry ketones to give me that extra boost to hopefully get me to higher losses per month. The first month I lost 5 pounds and the second month I lost 9 pounds. I am very happy with the progress so far, after the first month I wasn’t sure it would work because 5 pounds in a month wasn’t completely uncommon for me but I was urged to continue. I am glad I did because in month two I lost 9 pounds.This month I have started to weigh myself more it’s been about 2 weeks and so far I am down 4 pounds.I would recommend these to anyone who wants to boost their weight loss. I have heard they work better if you eat healthy and exercise at least some. I know I have recommended them to friends and most have been successful in losing weight similar to me. Two of my friends had no success losing weight, I don’t know how religiously they took the pills or what their workout/eating habits are. But these probably just don’t work for everybody.. The same way not everyone is going to lose weight doing the same workout routines, there is probably a human part that makes them ineffective for some.. Not sure, but glad they work for me and the 10 or so others I know that take them.Good Luck, I hope this review was helpful. I will try to update it at the end of this month.

Do you know how it feels to be losing weight after almost ten years of being fat? Now I shave more, I buy myself outfits and I wear perfume. This pill makes me watch what I eat, makes me push myself harder, makes me upbeat and alive. They’re not selling weight loss products over here, their selling confidence!
