The label says:Mega+. Nowhere is mega+ explained. It just appears on the label. Perhaps it means the same thing as Super-Dooper Whizzo![250 mgl] is printed in a font that make it look like 1250 mgl so I, for one, thought this was a 1250 mg capsule (my previous brand was 500mg).On the reverse you discover this is not RK. It's RK plus other stuff. L-Phenylaline which, while our body's manufacture this, is not a welcomed external addition as a daily suppliment. You get 100mg/capsule of this antidepressant, or 200mg/day. Really not necessary and very unwelcome as a daily dose.Then you get 200mg/capsule (400mg/day) of L-Tyrosine. This stuff is found in all your dietary protein (milk products, beans/peanutes, animal flesh). It's interesting that this component can be synthesized in the body from (wait for it) Phenylaline (see above). It's use in our bodies is complex, primarily focusing on the transition of proteins into something acceptable by target receptors. So why is it in this product? I guess because it doesn't hurt and the manufacturer can charge more for the product, or advertise it has more ingredients.I looked up the manufaturer's web site from the label: naturalsport.net. Label says they are in San Clemente, CA. Web site says they are in Park City, UT. The photo they have of some unknown building has obviously had their corporate name photoshopped onto a stucco wall around the property. Their purpose (as can be read easily on their web site) is to make money, lots of it, buy selling the same product under as many names and at as high volumes as possible. This is America, so I won't begrudge them their profits, but something worries me when their #1 goal is to make money using multiple strategies, but actual benefit to the customer is of no concern. (Yes, they want loyal customers, but nowhere does their web site say the products they deliver are to be beneficial, only innovative).So by price comparison, my older brand at 500mg/capsule (and pure RK) cost less that 2 capsules of this brand, plus I don't have to pay for things my body is going to either make or obtain naturally as I eat. This was a waste of money and I won't be buying more

I exercise regularly and eat pretty clean most days but by taking these I think it helps keep my metabolism revved up.

I bought this in a local natural food market for 17 dollars and I've been using it for the past 6 days and I have noticed a decrease in my appetite. I'm planning on keeping up with it and seeing how it goes. :) So far so good!
