I am a female 30 years old and have always been extremely active and in good physical shape. For some reason I could not get rid of the ''bloated-ness' around my mid-section. I am not sure if its excess water/water retention or ''just getting older'' but its defintely hindering my goals of displaying a six pack. Never had a problem with my mid-section before..but no matter how many crunches or variations of crunches I do plus cleaning up my diet, I could not get rid of the bloat I see.I learnt about Lipoderm-Y from a bodybuilding forum and people were raving about it's ability to burn off fat once the product was applied to a specific area.(This is a topical product. We do not ingest it. :))Being a skeptic but running out of options, I bought this and I have to say this stuff does work! Before you begin, make sure your body is clean and dry. You shake the bottle well and pump out about 4 squirts of the stuff and rub it in the area where u need fat to be burnt off. There is a slight tingling feeling after its applied and rubbed onto the skin and also a slight smell but it is not annoying. This is NOT (and I really stress NOT) a magic potion where u expect fat to be melted away by Lipoderm-Y on its own. You do DEFINITELY need to continue to work out. This is an ''aid'' to perhaps speed your fat burning faster.I had used this about a week and a half and I am very pleased with the results. After months and months of trying to get my six pack, Lipoderm-Y managed to show the definitions and the lines of my stomach to reveal a six pack coming through (does this make sense?)in 1 week. The definitions and lines and muscles of my stomach was so much clearer than before. I have always been below 10% bodyfat, so I am not sure how this would work on other people but for me, this has been a great product. I highly recommend it simply because it WORKS and every penny was worth it.Bought this from LiveLongNutrition here at Amazon. I use this to tighten up some skin. Seems to work, could be psychological but its worth it even if it is.
