Each pill contains a proprietary formula that also includes 100 mg of raspberry ketones. On the Dr. Oz show, when he recommended raspberry ketones for fat loss, Lisa Lynn recommended a daily dosage of 200 mg. 100 mg at breakfast and another 100 at lunch. She also said that if that doesn't fire up your Metabolic Rate - you can try increasing the second dose to 200 mg. I tried taking two pills to at least meet the minimum suggested dosage and they did not make me feel very good at all.I think the other ingredients worked against me (I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine), so I would recommend this supplement but be very careful about how much you take. If you are looking for pure raspberry ketones with no other fillers you want to get raspberry ketones powder, Raspberry Ketones Bulk Powder 50 Grams. I am convinced it was the caffeine that made me feel ill, been taking the powder (mixing it in juice) and it's been working very well without any side effects.

I have been using this product since April!! I Love it, love it, and loveit. I have been titled as overweight for some time. Being a woman of short stature it has been difficult, this product difintely is helping me when my weight battle. I took this supplement to my primary care physican to show her what I was going to be taking and she ok's it initially . From mid April thru june 05,2012 I have dropped 60lbs. My Doctor is not in agreement with this rapid weight loss and has asked me to stop all together. I will not stop however, I will cut back my dosage. I just wanted to share my experience using this product.. LOVE ITTTTTT!!!!!

A little about myself: I'm 24 and just looking to lose 10-15 lbs. I'm fairly active, I run at least 17 miles a week. As for my diet, during the week its most healthy, but all bets are off once I hit the weekend. I've been trying to lose these last 10 lbs, but I've hit a plateau these last few months. Now matter how much I switch up my exercise routine or clean up my diet, I just can't lose these last few pounds. All the weight is in my thighs, and despite how much I run, they still jiggle like jello.Like most other people who ordered this product, I heard about Raspberry Ketones from Dr. Oz. I'm really hoping that he is right, and that the RK will "slice up the fat" in my thighs. I took my first pill this morning after breakfast. I only took one (even though the bottle says to take two) because Dr. Oz says you only need 100mg of RK. The bottle doesn't state the amount of RK in it, but I read other people's reviews and they said it contains anywhere from 200-600mg of RK.So far, I haven't been hungry. Normally at work, I graze on food all morning. Today, my stomach just feels so full that the thought of food makes me feel sick. Not sure if its the actual product working or just a placebo effect. I plan on updating this review in a week or two and letting you all know what results (if any) that I have.UPDATE 3/1/12So I've been on this for one week now. I haven't had any noticable negative side effects. Like I stated earlier, after taking it, my appetite is decreased. However, this only lasts during the day and at night I find myself snacking like i use to. After one week, I lost 1.8 pounds, which I was amazed at. As I said earlier, I do work out and have a fairly healthy diet, but the weekends are my downfall. This weekend in particular was really bad. Saturday night was a night of drinking (starting off with a 22oz margarita) and Sunday I had dinner at a Brazilian steakhouse. I was convinced between all the alcohol and the all-you-can-eat steak, I gained at the very least a pound. I was very surprised to find that I lost 1.8 pounds! Not sure if this pill helped with the weight loss or not. I'm going to report back in a week and let you know if I lost any more.UPDATE 3/15/12So it's been two weeks and when I hopped on the scale, I was very disappointed to see that I only dropped .2 pounds. Not 2 pounds, 2 tenths of a pound. I guess I can't complain for maintaining my weight, but after the success I had in the first week, I thought that I would have lost more. Especially considering my diet during these past two weeks was much, much better. I did change up my strength training routine, but I doubt that I gained a significant amount of muscle. Maybe this pill is so great after all....
