I typically avoid products listed as 'thermogenics' because they tend to make me jittery and a little sick to the stomach when I'm doing any sort of cardio. I tried BELDT on the advice of a friend and was pleasantly surprised! Not only did it provide a burst of energy that lasted the entire workout, but it did so without making me feel like I had two prize fighters duking it out in my gut. I'm a martial artist and a power lifter, so I had a chance to test BELDT with both cardio and muscle-failure workouts and was not disappointed on either score.I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to supplement their workouts.

Here we have yet another product that is supposed to work "synergistically" with an intense workout. Well folks--don't waste your money. I will go so far as telling you to not try any of these so called "thermogenics" anymore. These products simply don't work!The only products that worked (notice the tense) are gone or have been tweaked to remove a substance big brother deemed to be dangerous. It's a constant attack on the supplement industry to make products look and sound flashy but inside the bottle--there is no bite, only bark.This particular product did absolutely nothing. I didn't notice a drop in weight at all. I stacked this with my creatine and Jack3d supplements too. I've been weight training way too long to be falling for these types of gimmicks and it's time to hang the hat up and stop buying useless junk like this. Same goes for OxyElite as well.I'm always looking for a legal edge in the gym, seems the best products are five grams of creatine and a scoop of protein in the morning (no sense in taking the amount of protein everyone tells us to--wasteful) since they are the most scientifically proven supplements.I have to say this product was very disappointing. We all know the best way to lose weight is through healthy food selections. I will just need to tweak that even more.Believe my rant or not but I'm trying to save you some $$$.

Honestly the best supplement I've used, whether its for working out or just daily work I feel great doing whatever I'm doing after I take. I absolutely love it.
