ok so i was working out like crazy and i wasnt seeing the results i was wanting. about a month after my workouts began i hadnt lost what i was wanting i did some research and heard what dr. oz said about ketones. i ordered these and within a week i had lost about 3 pds. i continued to add these to my diet and i still lost some weight. i did notice that i stopped losing weight after about 3 weeks. i had to go to the vitamin shop and get a stronger dosage.

I've been eating right and exercising for awhile now (maybe 10 yrs or so), but noticing that once I hit my 40s, I had to exercise more, and more strenuously, and eat even less to stay at the weight I wanted. I realize metabolisms will naturally slow as we age, but I was still bummed because I hate exercising (so I didn't want to have to do so much more), and I had already reduced my calories after 40. I started hearing about Raspberry Ketones and decided to try them. It took me awhile to find one that was pure (only had the raspberry)-- I didn't want to take a caffeine supplement since I have an adverse reaction to caffeine. I've been using these for a few months now and am loving them. I absolutely notice in a difference, in that I can go back to moderate exercising (4x's per week) and healthy eating, but not all salads and diet food. I think the people who left the low reviews were expecting a quick fix, or something that let them eat whatever and not exercise and that the pounds would magically melt away. As far as I know, there's nothing like that that also doesn't harm the body. This supplement is easy on my stomach (I still take it after meals, to be sure)--I have no side effects with it (it's just raspberry), and I am pleased with the results (after I stuck with it for a few months). If I took a pill that just "magically" changed my body or allowed me to give up exercise or eating right, I might love it at first, but before too long I'd worry about how it achieved that and what it was doing to my health in the long run. With these ketones, I feel confident in taking them long term, as an addition to my healthy diet (relatively healthy--I still splurge on weekends!) and my moderate exercise routine. I credit this product with helping me live a more balanced life, and I find I'm thinking about/worrying about my weight/metabolism less often, which is a gift!

Please do not buy this item! This item is clearly fake and so are the reviews. See here:- Not one of the first 46 five-star reviews for this product is verified through Amazon.- All of those five-star reviews were written between February 2nd to March 2nd of this year.- "Eden Pond Labs LLC" is known to compensate reviewers to write five-star reviews so that they will later receive a (fake) product from the 'manufacturer'.- 89% of the reviews for this product are five-star reviews. That is obviously highly suspicious, especially for a product sold by a company known to compensate for reviews.- The seller of this item, "DAB Unlimited", is owned by a company, called "Potential Dynamix LLC", which was successfully sued in 2011 for selling fake products on Amazon.- The manufacturer of this product, "Eden Pond Labs LLC", is fake and the address for this "manufacturer" is actually located at a private residence (the address matches the zip code featured on their products, although no specific address is given on the bottles; I found the address through the Better Business Bureau which gave "Eden Pond Labs LLC" a grade of F.)- The compensated reviewers are rating this post down in helpfulness. This is the kind of company you are dealing with.
