The price of these are great and that's why I order them. I read the label and was disappointed to see they lacked svetol which is the ingredient I heard makes the product actually work. I still took them a noticed a slight change in my appetite, not any weight loss though. Placebo effect maybe?I the pills that included svetol (and these come with raspberry ketones too) and I did notice a difference so I think the svetol is important. My weight loss still isn't where I want it to be but I am losing and I can feel it working. I am much happier with the svetol enhanced coffee supplement. I take the ketone and svetol green coffee bean together -Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract Plus Capsules + FREE Raspberry Ketones Powder (Svetol GCBE (1 Bottles) + FREE Raspberry 25 Grams). For best results, it is recommended to take the raspberry ketones two times per day but I just take both supplements first thing in the morning and for me that is working just fine.

I have tried 3 different brands of green coffee bean extract, and they have all worked well for me. I always get brands with at least 45% chlorogenic acid, as this is supposedly a requirement for a green bean coffee product that works well. I look for the cheapest price for my budget and this one is the best price that I have found so far. For a little history on myself, was a chubby child, yo-yo dieter since age 12 going from trim to chubby frequently, and at 53 yrs. old had gotten very fat at 212 lbs. at 5 ft. 2 in. Started walking, and eating healthy over 7 years ago and lost 100 lbs. and have not gained it back since. Products like this help, but I am a sincere believer in giving up junk food and adopting a very healthy diet. I do not think any product will work as long as you continue to eat junk food because high fat, high salt and sugary diets contribute to diet failure and making you hungry. I no longer crave junk foods and sticking to lots of fresh raw fruits and veggies and eating a whole foods vegan diet works for me, better for the planet too. This product, along with consistent exercise and healthy eating helps to keep my appetite normal and I am more trim at 61 yrs. old than I was as a child. It may help to increase metabolic rates also, but can't verify that for sure because haven't had mine tested, does definitately curb appetite for me and helps me to stay trim in that regard. I did try all possible ways to loose weight-only this green coffee gave me quick result-and I dont have hunger and have a lot of energy-I`m strongly recomend this dietary supplement.
