I'm overweight and decided to get this product to aid me in my weight-loss "journey".Once I received it, I prepared it for my breakfast; following package instructions very carefully. The taste was really nice considering it's a dietary supplement but my personal experience wasn't very good.For the first hour, I felt great! I was bursting with energy and managed to get a bunch of things done, my mood even improved. Following that hour of productivity, I started feeling nauseated and was developing a headache. I couldn't eat at all.... I tried eating a couple of soda crackers and threw up immediately; water had the same effect.By the end of the day, I was dehydrated, confined to my bed, and having the worst pains/ nausea I had ever experienced.I ended up throwing the container away because I did NOT want to go through that again.I gave the product two stars because I know that not everyone will have the same bad reaction to it and it was very good for the first hour I took it.Just keep in mind that it's not made for everyone (Sidenote: I can usually tolerate caffeine very well)

To start the taste is good appetite suppression ok no caffeine shakes but yo do get hungry after a few hours but with a protein bar or some fruit i noticed i was not hungry for a while as far as energy average do to lack of caffeine but im not caffein sensetive so others might see more energy but overall it good i would recomend lil joe

This product is not only delicious but it works. You dont find yourself crashing at all and the appetite suppresant is just enough to eat lightly and maintain weight or encourage weight loss. recommended
