I have struggled with my weight for a lifetime and have tried many weight loss products only to be disappointed. This product works. First of all it is a very effective appetite suppressant. I am no longer ravenously hungry. When I eat I am satisfied with normal portions not the large portions I usually heaped on my plate.Even though the product indicates that you will have weight loss without change to diet and without exercise I am not craving sweets as I once did and I am doing 1/2 hour a day moderate exercise (walking or stretching.) I have sufficient energy without being "amped up". It is important to follow the instructions on the label i.e. take the recommended dose of two capsules twice per day and drink 1+1/2 to 2 cups water with each dose. The supplement is slightly drying so you want to keep your system "flowing" by drinking plenty of water with your capsules and plenty of water throughout the day. Based on my experience if you follow these simple instructions you will lose weight successfully at a steady, healthy rate. I have never recommended a weight loss aid before. There are several veriations of this supplement on the market. For me, the mango with green tea (another proven aid to weight loss) is proving extremely effective and worth the money. I haven't tried the others but they are different formulas-not the green tea with mango.

I never write reviews. Seriously - I can't be bothered. I write this review because I was that moved to do so. In search of a non-stimulant fat burner that might work, I researched hundreds of pages of different products and finally fell prey to the lauded reputation of the African mango. So sold, I searched and searched for THE BEST African Mango....and this. Is. It.It's worked from day 1, and never stopped, so long as I didn't. When I would skip more than a day or stop taking it out of negligence, it stopped helping me lose, although I didn't gain. When I started taking it again, it immediately began working again. I was genuinely astonished..no other word for it. And it's FAT that's being burned. I use a Tanita body composition scale, so I'm reminded in vivid black and white of exactly what my various body weights are, and the difference is in the numbers. I can't argue with black and white.Further, I've experienced NO side effects whatsoever and have changed nothing about the already light-to-moderate diet and exercise plan I was on prior to taking it. Literally, I drop a pound a day or more.Obviously everyone is diffrerent, but I can say this - here I am on Amazon buying it again, well in advance of my usual "oh crap, I ran out" shopping trip!! Get this product. Take it religiously. I swear it worked for me. I'd be very very surprised if it didn't work for others too.

Before using this product, I was on Healthe Trim. High School skinny? I don't think so. I ended up purchasing Irvingiappress and figure I'd give it a try. I'm on my 4th week on the stuff and have lost 6.6 pounds so far. I started off with the recommended 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills in the afternoon. I recommend others to do just the 1 pill in the morning and afternoon until their body can adjust. It was strong for me for the first week but now I feel great when taking it. Make sure to drink the recommended amount of water when taking the capsules - it makes a different. The stuff had me sweating at my daughter's talent show and it wasn't cute but I know it's working!
