I'm really heavily involved in natural body building! I'm currently in my cutting season and have been looking for something to give a edge. I'm not one to look into diet pills, or pro horomones. I don't like stuff that will harm my body. So when I heard Dr. Oz recommended this I had to pick some up. My abs are starting to show more and I'm looking more vascular than I ever have. However, be prepared to urinate and use the restroom more often. I noticed that I have been urinating more frequently and running to the restroom 4 to 5 times a day. I'm guessing this is how it works so well. Keep your water intake high while using this product and throw some Gatorade in there too, so you don't loose all your electrolytes. That's what I've been doing. This product has helped me a lot during my cut, even my trainers at my gym are noticing. I have also been stacking this with my C4 before my workout. Looks like nuts! It gives you a good amount of energy, but nothing like c4 or coffee. Thank you Dr. Oz! You Def. know your stuff.

I had a noticeable improvement when I started taking this. Increased metabolism, decreased fatigue. No longer too tired to do anything when I get home from work. While I know this isn't the only factor, I have lost over 10 lbs in the last 2 months while I have been taking this.

I have been taking the green coffee bean for about a month now, it's suppose to help in the removal of body fat, along with exercise. We'll see
