I just tried it today and I can tell you it works for appetite suppression, because I was hungry before I took it and then I felt better. (And I know it's not the placebo affect because I tried Hoodia first and it did NOT work like that for me.) I mixed SafSlim with a little bit of water and it tasted good and felt satisfying on my growling stomach. I've been on a low carb diet for a week but needed something to help with my hunger pains. I have some carrots and celery and an apple out right now I intended to munch on when I was hungry, but that was an hour ago that I took it before lunch time and I have yet to feel hunger again. Then my plan is tonight to take it again before dinner and then cook some sauteed chicken and veggies with Indian spices. I don't believe this is the miracle cure that can burn your fat off, but if you plan a healthy diet I think this might help you stick to it!

I am doing this as directed and have started to lose weight! I am doing moderate exercise each day (10 - 15 minutes a day per the P.A.C.E. book by Dr. Sears). This isn't a quick fix kind of thing, just a steady process. I notice it most at night; I don't have the insatiable munchy feeling that I used to. I don't feel like I am on a diet, just better able to moderate my choices.

Just like packets but I l use this at home and the packets at work. I love the taste and how it makes me feel. I do not feel as tired as I used too. Good stuff.
