curvelle + lifestyle changes = weight loss

I have been taking Curvelle since December. I have also been exercising every day and have lost 35 pounds since I started exercising in November. I have lost over 20 pounds since starting to take Curvelle. I think the reason I am losing is synergy as opposed to Curvelle alone. I do find that my energy is much stronger overall and Curvelle does help me with my cravings for sweet food. I recommend Curvelle as a safe part of an overall weight loss regime that includes exercise, mindfulness and a balanced diet. There are no miracles, but I have found Curvelle to be a useful tool to boost my metabolism.

Curvelle really helps to control my appetite. I have been using the product since 2009 and lost 30 pounds and have kept it off. I am starting the new year and will begin working on the next 25 to 30 lbs. Losing weight takes time but learning to maintain the desired weight is even harder. Curvelle is my #1 product. Thanks LL.

The product showed up on time. I am in the 2nd month of taking it, I have noticed that I am not as hungry since taking it. But I am not sure of weight loss yet, but will continue to try it! It is all natural so I do like about the product.
