Believe the hype

After reading about how Dr Oz claimed raspberry ketones work to curb the appetite, I did some research and looked to Amazon for my purchase.I first went to GNC.com so I could find a reputable version of the ketones which is the one above.When I bought these supplements, I was going through a phase where it seemed I was mindlessly eating, snacking on unhealthy foods, craving soda etc. I wanted to lose at least 5 pounds, if not more.The funny thing is, these are not placebo because I actually would forget I took the pills in the morning. When it came time for my lunch break, I would hit the cafeteria of my employer, finding nothing "sounded" good. I just wasn't craving anything! Just so I would be sure to eat, I would get salad or something. On other days, when I'm eating, I find I'm just finishing my meal without cleaning my plate because I'm already full.I recommend these! I still can't believe they work but I think they do!

Be careful with Ketone Slim and Amazon should not be selling from this Company. They are a FRAUD, the sample product I had DOES NOT WORK - just makes you go to the bathroom constantly but no weight loss.
