I have had positive results with this product. I'm taking 2 pills every morning so there's no weird schedule or a ton of pills to consume. I don't have any negative side effects like shaking or craving which I've experienced with caffeine based products. I have lost about 7 pounds so far and I'm almost done with the first bottle. I haven't hit a resistance phase yet so I'm taking them straight through without a break. I didn't find any info about how that works so I haven't ceased consumption for a reset. At this time, I'm eating a big, healthy breakfast and sensible lunch then for the evening meal I am consuming vegetables only (steamed or fresh and no dressings or butter, seasonings add flavor without sugar or fat) and nothing after 7pm. I have to be careful what I consume in the evening or I won't have any loss show on the scale the next morning but I'm figuring it all out as I go. Even away from home this worked and wasn't hard to do.
