ANOTHER GREAT PRODUCT FROM ON

I use a few supplements all of wich are from ON, i use ON's creatine, protein powder, and CLA's. They make a great product thats clean and free from the trash everybody else puts in their supplements (you know like muscle milk and muscle-tech). As for the CLA supplement, Well it takes a good 3-5 months to work and you may or may not notice the results from this. If your dieting and exercising and losing a steady amount of weight already then i recommend you try this product for 3-4 months, if it works for you you will notice the small increase in fat loss (yes you must measure your fat not just weight). If you are kind of just starting out DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUST YET, first get in to your new diet ( i dont mean go on a diet i mean change the way you eat) and get into your exercise routine. after lets say the first 60 days you should be losing a steady amount of weight each week once your in that stage THEN INVEST IN THIS PRODUCT. At first you will be losing weight and fat and water wieght like crazy, everybody does, but your body starts to get used to it and your progress slows but you can keep it steady though with regular exercise and a good diet.SOto summarize, if your already in a good diet and working out and steadily losing weight, INVEST IN THIS PRODUCT FOR 3-4 MONTHS TAKING 4 PILLS A DAY (NOT 6 OR ANY AMOUNT OVER 4) AND SEE IF YOU NOTICE ANY INCREASE IN FAT LOSS (NOT WEIGHT LOSS, FAT LOSS). If you do, great if you dont then you dont need this product.-If your just starting out save your money for now, or use it to buy ON's whey protein or creatine or athletic shoes or athletic clothing. After 60 days and once your in your "Fitness groove" then try this.(ON a side note: dont try ON's protein bars, they are DISGUSTING!! lol). GOODLUCK WITH ALL YOUR FITNESS GOALS!

Great Company, Good Product

CLA is one of the few products I purchase from this company and use on a daily basis, the other being Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men Multivitamins, 180-Count. I enjoy ON because their proucts are high quality, albeit sometimes expensive. The Product came within the expected timeframe and in perfect condition. In order for CLA to promote lean mass and fat loss, it must be used for about 5-6 months with 2-3g per day, which means 4 ON CLA pills everyday. This product is a staple item in my supplementation, but because CLA promotes results over a long period of time, I gave the product 4 stars because there is no immediate result for whether or not the product is working. A change in diet would promote more visible results than taking this supplement. So, because there are no immediate results with CLA, the reason I chose Optimum Nutrition over some of the other brands are because I use other ON items that are effective, so I trust this brand. Also, I like the dosage size being 750mg. The bottle might say take 2 pills 3x a day, but studies believe that 3g daily is just as effective, both in terms of health and cost.

I have been pairing CLA with a good diet and exercise program. While I wont say that the weight is flying off me (which I don't think is the intention of this product) I do think it helps with appetite suppression. When I take 2 pills 15-30 mins before a meal, I feel fuller faster and more satisfied for longer periods of time.
