GCE - A Healthy Choice for Weight Loss

I like choosing garcinia cambogia extract weigh loss supplement as a good way to loose my muffin top, because it is far more comforting to know that it has zero chemicals and zero drugs and is easy on my body when ingesting a supplement that is a veggie fruit extract capsule.I care about what I consume and put in my body, so when Dr Oz gave such great reviews on garcinia cambogia on his TV Show, this made me comfortable in buying this product and taking it.I liked this GCE because it has the calcium and potassium along with the fruit extract that was also recommended by doctors on Dr Oz's TV Show. I'm pleased I made this decision.

I was very surprised and pleased when I saw results with GCE. I took a 3000mg a day from the start and noticed right away my appetite that was always there was gone! I also felt good and did have more energy, probably because I was eating so much less and then the weight started coming off. It took two weeks to see weightloss results but in 3 weeks it was truly noticed by others. Very pleased! Thank you Dr. Oz for GCE which is the help I needed to loose weight and feel good about myself once again!

My friend told me about this weight loss supplement from the Dr. Oz Show and liking what I heard, I went to the Dr. Oz website and listened to the video clips on Garcinia Cambogia Extract. Incredible show with loads of info. I was most fascinated with Dr. Chen talking about the studies and dosage for optimum weight loss and health benefits.Dr. Chen said that studies recommended 1500mg - 3000mg daily, but some studies went up to 5000 and 6000mg daily, because garcinia cambogia is dose-dependent per effect supplement. She goes on to say that the more mgs you take the more weight loss you can obtain, which interested me because I'd hit the proverbial "middle-aged" weight wall (age-related weight-loss resistance stage) and needed something to kick start my weight loss. But she also says to clear anything over 3000mg daily with your physician. I did this and my doctor said to move forward starting at 2000mg and slowly (weekly) work my way up to where I feel the supplement is working for me. He also said not to go over 6000mg/day without stopping by his office to see him. After 3 weeks the changes were amazing! After 8 weeks OMG! Fab!!!!I'm using 6000mg/day and feeling the full effects of garcinia and my weight has dropped along with my "dress size"... a lot. I was a size 16 and am now a size 12 with a waist! I feel great, energy plus, and am loving it.One important thing my doctor told me is because of how this supplement works I needed to take the capsules on an "empty" stomach 1/2 hour to 1 hour before any meal. I'm taking 2000mg 3x day = my 6000mg and it's working well.I'd recommend this product if you are looking to lose weight - get your waistline back - and feel really good.Sincerely, Beth J.
