I'm one of the few males my age who watch Doc OZ. He's a welcome departure from daytime programming, and being a freelancer, I enjoy his show in the background. Anytime I feel he has something awesome to recommend, I pay extra attention. I have to say that within 2 days of taking the product, I feel the benefits already. Can't wait to drop poundage as I keep taking it, streamline my diet and keep exercising. I have to say, I am finding some serious motivation! Shipment was quick as always, and packaging has no flaws!

With all of the weight loss options out there right now, it is so hard to decide what is the safest and most effective. I did lots of research and finally decided to give Garcinia Cambogia a try, as I had heard about it on Dr. Oz and it sounded simple enough. You just take 1-2 capsules (which are easy to swallow) before each meal (6 max. per day) and let it work its magic! It really does a great job at suppressing appetite, you can still eat your normal foods (even the occasional junk) but for me it gets me feeling full before I eat even half as much as I use to. It curbs cravings for junk, which really helps to incorporate a healthy diet into the routine which definitely helps. It also really improves my mood and gives me a burst of energy, which has given me much more motivation to start exercising. Combining exercise with a better diet and these pills has worked wonders on my body.. I am dropping pounds like I can't believe, and I feel amazing. I am so happy that I gave these a try, it is really changing my life and the fact that they are all natural makes me feel much better about taking them regularly. What a miracle formula, I really recommend this to anyone looking to easily drop some pounds with little to no effort or sacrifice!
