I have tried medically supervised weight loss diets, and am currently participating in a local weight loss boot camp for three months. The boot camp is tough, but I was not seeing the results like my other team mates. Although I lost 13.75 inches in the first month, my weight refused to budge while some of the other women were losing 18-20 pounds the first month. This has been a miracle product for me! I received the order very quickly. I started taking it on Thursday, and by Sunday night I had already lost five pounds without really changing anything about my (already healthy) diet. This is not for long term use, but I intend to use it for the six weeks recommended by another fitness site at a dosage of two capsules (1000 mg) before meals three times per day. I live near a metro area and wasted trips to several different stores in search of this product. Don't waste your time...it was nowhere to be found. I ordered from Amazon, using my Prime membership, and it was here within 24 hours without paying extra for shipping. That's pretty impressive too!
