Re Body works for me

When I reached a plateau with my weight loss I started looking around for a way to jump start it again! I ordered it first from QVC as a Today's Special and when I learned about the "svetol"as the active ingredient I was elated because this ingredient is "liver friendly" since I do have a serious problem with my liver and have to be careful about what drugs go into my body. It does help with the in between hunger pains and helps you make it to the next meal or meal replacement shake.

Although reviews say these taste bad, they really don't. The smell they talk about is basically a strong citrus that gives them a strong orange taste. They are a little pasty in texture but you chew it down quickly. I found that my appetite is decreased a little before meals, but where I really noticed it was when I went to eat....I felt full so fast! Also reviews that people gave said they were taking 3 at a time twice a day and it was too much sugar....but they are taking the wrong dose. The bag says one chew, twice daily before meals(2 total chews!). I chose lunch and dinner since I'm hungrier at those times of the day. so far so good. I also bought the green coffee bean extract chews and take one of those before breakfast, since I take the other two before the other meals. I am liking them so far, but I just wanted to put a better review out there. :)
