good product with moderate exercise and sensible eating..watch the fats and wasted calories..4 bottles water, fruit n veggies for munchies and i simply walked daily..not jogged. lost 25 lbs!

It must work a little bit. So far I have lost 40 pounds and my daughter has lost 62 pds, granddaughter has lost 30 pds. So would you say this stuff really works I sure would. We are still using Sensa, I still need to loss 50 pds. I know with Sensa I will lose this nasty fat..........Paula
