Yeah !! finally something natural The jury is still out there but its starting to show on my scale, lets see in a few months how well this has done for me.

If you are considering buying this product because you think it will make you lose weight, please do not buy it on that idea. CLA's are an important part of one's diet as the body needs them. Buy them because they will only, with other supplements, improve your overall health. If your body is in healthy condition and you eat healthy and exercise, you will lose weight. I hate to see someone purchase a supplement because they think it will melt the pounds off and then they are disappointed and say something like "Don't waste your money. You can eat right and exercise to achieve the same effect" I say "Duh!" You should eat right and exercise anyway and you shouldn't expect a product to do that work for you. This is a supplement. It does play a small part in weight management, but it is beneficial in so many other ways as well. Buy it for all those reasons.

waste of money

dont bother as with anything its a waste of money. cut calories and take a walk daily. Trust me I threw this out and took my own advice and am much better off now then at the end of the month taking these suppliments. Dont let your desperation win out.
