Meltdown® Science: Combines the synergistic fat burning power of beta andrenergic agonists (MethylSynephrine) and alpha andrenergic antagonists (Yohimbine HCl, alpha-Yohimbine and 11-Hydroxy Yohimbine). This Stuff Does Work!

*Update* I make sure to never be out of this product, it's what wakes me up in the morning time and gets me going and what has helped to keep my weight off. However, this product has a heck of a time burning off those few extra pounds.For example: If you are 30 pounds over weight, your weight will fall off. But near the weight you're supposed to be at and it will no longer work in that area.I'm 5 foot 9 and am supposed to be 150 lbs. I'm 160 and no matter what I do cannot lose that extra 10 pounds. I have gone up to an hour on the treadmill burning 600 calories on my Shape-Up shoes. Even at work. With extra training on my Perfect Situp pushing 200/300 multiple sets. That's 40 and 20 for multiple sets and am pushing myself for a total of 400. I can feel the muscle contract when I walk and can even flex my legs, even feel my stomach contract when I laugh. But because of that excess, hard to burn fat, my body isn't toning/shaping like I want it to. So, I'm going to find another product that can help burn off that hard fat.First of all, it is cheaper to buy online, especially here. In most stores it costs 60 and 70 bucks.You take 3 a day, but first take one just to see how you feel and how it will affect you. If this is consumed on an empty stomach you'll feel nauseas for about an hour. But the main affect I liked are the 30+ pounds I lost with little exercise. It is true you have to watch what you eat, keep your calorie consumption on a 2,000 a day diet and drink diet drinks.But think about it; not many people want to or do not have the time for exercise. I went from 183 lbs to 160 lbs in a few months with next to no strenuous exercising, my job does call for me walking a lot and lifting, but it beats all that dang exercising. And I didn't have to starve myself and ate what I wanted to. But do count your calories, if you have a choice between a 400 calorie cupcake and a 240 calorie twinkie; eat the twinkie. This also staves off some of your hunger too, causing your stomach to shrink.If you do exercise and remain responsible with your eating then you could loose weight quicker than a few months.

My wife and I are in our mid 50s and training for our second half marathon. We take Meltdown before every run, and occaisionally in mid afternoon as a pick me up. We have each lost 50 lbs over the last 3 years and are loving our running life, and feel this product has helped a lot.

After extensive use (over the last year) I can say that this is the one supp that has consistently delivered. I do cardio and TRX and eat a little cleaner to burn fat but that's to be expected with any supp. I do not have jitters and if taken correctly you shouldn't either. I take the first on an empty stomach (@ about 530 am) and eat about 30 minutes after, and then another at lunch (around 1100 am). If I'm working out when I take the second pill I usually stack it with N0xplode which doesn't give me the headache I expected at first. Just remember to cycle on/off or else face the dreaded plateau (as with all supps).
