Great Product

This product really works. I took it for about 20 days instead of the 30 day supply and lost about 7 pounds and several inches. By the 3rd day on the product I fit into a pair of jeans I had not fit into in 6 months. I find it works better/faster with proper diet and exercise. It's important once you finish using the product that you maintain a healthy diet and exercise plan. I have managed to keep the weight off since. Claims to have no side effects but it does make your heart race a little and I find I get headaches. But that could be because I am sensitive to medication. I prefer it to its sister product slim extreme because I found slim extreme had more side effects than this one.

No Results

I did not lose any weight. It made me very dehydrated. The first few days i felt some discomfort in my stomach and then by the third day I had some diarrhea. The only thing it did for me it helped control my appetite a bit. I was very dissappointed did not get the results i was expecting at least a couple of pounds would of given me some hope.

Just tried it for the first time this morning. I'm planning on posting my results in about a month. When I first swallowed the pill I had to swallow a couple more times with water, because the capsule is made of gel, I think it just stuck to my thoat more than a regular capsule. Side Effects? All I'v had so far is bad gas really. I didn't eat anything that I normally don't so I just assume its the pill. Also, I counted how many capsules there were when I first got them and I only got 28 and the pill bottle says 30. I'm going to complain but it's not really a big deal to me.
