This is one of the only Hoodia products that works for me personally. I've tried several others over the years and some are better than others. At times, I would need to take up to 1000 mg to feel the effect, but with this product 500 mg is definitely enough. Everyone has different body chemistry, but for me this one was effective.

About ten years ago, I used hoodia with excellent results, but I haven't had any change in appetite with this brand.
