Not worth the money

I would not waste your money on this product. I was taking another brand of Green Coffee Bean with 50% chlorogenic acid 400 mg. It was doing great. I could tell I was loosing fat, lost 3 pounds and my blood pressure went down to 114/81. I ran out and the other was not in stock so I bought this. Even though it has 800 mg. it has done nothing for me weight wise. I have gained 3 pounds and my blood pressure has gone back up to 151/100. It might be doing a little in loosing fat but not much. I won't buy this again. I might add if you really want to lose weight you are simply going to have to cut back on the number of calories you eat. Even though I was loosing weight on the other Green Coffee Bean, I still had to cut back on the amount of food I consumed.

I love this supplement

Basically I use this with all my heavy meals to keep of the weight. These pills work great and allow me to eat those velvety pasta dishes and steak meals. After a heavy meal I take two pills and it keeps me to stay alert and fully digested. I noticed that I have been loosing some weight with these pills, bu the real benefit is not gaining any new weight while eating the foods that I love.

I bought this product and I have to say I am extremely happy with it. In conjunction with working out and changing my diet habit as recommended, the results were great.
