I was so sure this was going to be another of my weight loss failures. I bought this thinking it would go into my closet of shame after it didn't work. I have pills and weight loss equipment up the wazoo. I have tried just about everything there is to try. I am not a lazy person but I just can't lose and keep off weight. My belly looks like I swallowed a beach ball.I put this on when I was doing my housework and walking the dog. For the first 12 days or so I saw no decrease in my belly size. I decided to give it another couple of weeks and surprise surprise I had lost almost a 1/2 inch off my belly. I couldn't believe it. It was actually working!Even though this was working I wanted it to work faster for every centimeter I lost I wanted two. I am sure you know what I mean. I added garcinia cambogia to my vitamin regime. Does what it is suppose to

I bought this from Target and it definitely makes u sweat in the area that you wear it which is suppose to be worn around your tummy when you work out and the velcro does not come undone its pretty sturdy never had a problem with it, and when I say sweat I mean it gets soaked! basically it does exactly what it is suppose to. I even wear this to bed sometimes to help shape and sweat a little when I sleep and helps to smooth my tummy.

I have been trying to lose weight in my middle section for the last 5 years since I gained 50 pounds when my thyroid shut down. I am now finally loosing the weight and this belt has made such a huge difference. My stomach is not only almost all gone but it is also looking toned again. I do put cellulite heat cream on first than put the belt over that. Sometimes I work out with the belt on and sometimes I just wear it when I'm getting ready for work and cleaning house. I can tell such a difference and so can my husband. Love this!!!!
