Getting my hopes up...

I have been taking HM for 4 days now and have lost about 6 lbs which is quicker than I have ever lost weight with diet/exercise alone. By the way, I am 6ft female who weighs about 210 lbs. I tend to lose 3 or 4 lbs during my first 7 days of a diet and exercise regimen. (I also tend to have a lot water weight.) Since starting HM, Ive been doing cardio for 30 mins a day (step aerobics or speed walking) and eating plenty of fruits, veggies, and wholegrains. I follow the instructions accordingly and take the pills on an empty stomach and am drinking plenty of water afterward. I've had one small headache which completely went away after drinking a glass of water so I guess its important to stay very hydrated on this stuff. I'm not particularly sensitive to caffeine so i decided to go ahead and start taking the full 6 caps/day dose yesterday. Possibly a premature move because I do feel fairly wired now at night when I need to sleep. I'm sleeping less than usual at night and as a result find myself needing a 15-20 min power nap during the day. Actually I felt my eye twitching on and off today--it only lasted a about 5 mins but is worth mentioning. On the bright side, i'm not groggy in when I wake up and pretty much hop right out of bed in the mornings which is something i've never been able to do. I do not feel hyper, but do not feel tired either during the day which is a plus. No jitters or tummyaches or lightheadedness. I hate exercising but its so Much easier to get my butt up and work out in the afternoon. My appetitite is only slightly diminished. I still really have to exercise willpower since all the working out is making me hungrier and this is fine with me because I think its important to have a healthy appetite while dieting. I will re-post after i've used the product longer. Overall very satisfied with the lack of side effects and excited to drop a few lbs so fast! This product may be giving me the boost and motivation that I always fail to find when trying to lose weight.

It's not magic people, use as directed!

Alright, I wast to start by saying that for best results, use as directed! A lot of the negative reviews on this product are from people who admit to not using it properly. First of all, the company advertizes you can lose 21+ pounds...in a 12 week study, which means you need to take for 12 weeks to get similar results. The typical bottle has 60 pills in it, and if you take the maximum it says you can take, that is only enough for 12 days. You will have to buy several bottles to do the directed 8-12 weeks of use which brings me to point two.Several people post comments saying "I thought I was going to die!" or "having serious chest and heart pain..." and I want those people and any one else thinking about buying the product to know that you can't take too many! Yes, by day five it suggests you take 2 pills 3X a day. It also says on the same label the following.."To assess individual tolerance, for the first two days, start with 1 liquid-cap, taken with a glass of water two times daily approximately 30 minutes before your main meals." After the first two days is suggests taking 2 caps 2X a day, then by day 5 2 caps 3X a day. Not everyone's body will be able to consume 6 pills a day. I personally do not have a high tolerance for pills, and have been taking 4 a day which leads us to my personal review on the product.I have had very good results. I cut down my caloric intake to 1200-1400 calories a day. Most of these calories are coming from protein, fruits, and veggies. I am not eating much gluten, and definitely not any sugar! I also do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. I have been doing the program for 2 weeks and have lost two inches off my waist, almost 1 inch per thigh, and 1/4 inches from each arm. The product cleans out your system, so you might have some digestive problems the first few days. It does give you more energy so make sure you don't take within 5-6 hours of bedtime! I did this once and could not sleep at all. I have only been taking 2 pills 2X a day and it is working for me. I would absolutely recommend this product.

This stuff is intense!Drink lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of water.You start noticing results within the first week and by the second week your clothes are lose.The only down side is that, at least for me, I got a chest pain where my sternum is and it was really bad. Only when taking 2 before every meal. If you're only taking 1 you're fine.Your heart feels like it's on overdrive and at first I was a little shaky, kinda like when you drink too much coffee.It ultimately comes down to "how driven are you willing to lose weight?"
