Works for me so far

I started taking these on 3 January 2013; 2 prior, to each meal as it says on the label. I used a calorie calculator I found on the web, to determine how many calories I needed per day to lose, 2 pounds a week. The first week I lost 7 pounds. It's been 5 weeks now and I have lost a total of 15 pounds, and a notch on my belt. Works for me, and no side effects, and I actually look forward to chewing them since the flavor is good. No side effects that I notice. I'm on my second bottle, and plan to continue using them to hopefully reach my goal.

You do the work, it does nothing

Like most of these types of supplements, they suggest that you modify your diet and exercise along with taking them. This is where the actual weightloss comes from--not the Hydroycut. Prior to taking this product, I did a bit of research in advance to see if there was any evidence that it might work. Some studies show that some of the ingredients (not this product specifically) do work, all other things held constant. The directions, of course, want you to do more than take it, those things that actually will help you lose weight.The facts are that this product adds 90 calories to your daily intake. So to lose weight you must work off more than the extra 90 calories per day to see a result. So holding all other thing constant (no changes to diet or exercise), this product can actually result in weight gain. Over three months, this was exactly what occurred for me. What can reduce your weight is the psychological factor that while you taking it a 1/2 hour before eating, you think you must also follow the other directives, such as eating healthier and doing some exercise.As for the taste, the bad reviews on that point are simply silly. These gummies are candy with corn syrup and sugar as the first two ingredients. If you like gummy candy, you will like it.

If you're looking for a magic wand, try Liposuction.

Okay, these don't taste the best (they flavoring in them is "black carrot concentrate" and "purple berry concentrate" so imagine those two flavors together with that unmistakable vita-veeta-vegemon aftertaste all mingling on your buds) BUT the taste is not that bad. If you're expecting fruit snacks you will be sorely disappointed, but if you're expecting something that resembles the taste of your other supplements but is chewy and berry flavored, then you're good to go.Yes, the instructions recommend that you diet and exercise along with the gummies, which is definitely the reason for the weight loss BUT these suppress your appetite which makes the request of "don't snack between meals" a little easier. If you are expecting a magic wand, which someone should create, honestly, this is not it-- you will need to not graze, keep those calories under 2000 and exercise moderately (pick things up and put them down a few times, and then go on a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood everyday).I have been using these for the last three weeks and I have lost 10lbs (let's call is 7 for water weight's sake)Do I recommend them? Sure! But they're not a miracle cure for fat.
