So far, I DO see a difference

I am going to come back and edit this review a couple of times, let me say that right off the bat. I did a fair amount of research before trying to decide what bottle to buy. Lots of people seem to have iffy experiences with various brands of raspberry ketones here on Amazon. Then there were some crazy rave reviews and I would go through and look at those peoples *other reviews. Many of them reviewed the EXACT same products over and over and so I completely discredited their reviews. Also, anyone who was a verified buyer that had only review one item only (being ketones) I chose not to listen to them either. Since I have reviewed a bunch of things over the years now I hope I may be a source of dependable information on these at least with my TRUE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE So, here goes. I've been around on Amazon for a while and I'm looking for a real review and figured I would do my best to provide a real review of this exact item as well as the results I see so far.For the past few weeks I've been on the same "diet"- of eating a fairly balanced meal, and limiting sweets but NOT doing any calorie restrictions. I have been doing mild cardiovascular walks and recreational canoeing- nothing extreme about my workout routine. I am on day 5 of taking these keytones in addition to eating a fairly balanced meal as mentioned above, and actually I "cheated" from my normal diet one evening a few nights ago and had a 12 oz steak and loaded baked potato when out to dinner with my husband. So that being said, I am down exactly 2.2 lbs in my first 5 days. My weigh in routine is the same every morning. I get up, go to the bathroom, brush my teeth, weigh myself- then get a shower. So my weigh in times will be consistent day to day. Like I said, I plan to update this a few times so people can judge for themselves whether or not they want to try this bottle.The bottle I received is just as the current picture is. White bottle, silver banding it says 100% Pure Raspberry Ketones Advanced Weight Loss 125 mg on the bottle with a picture of a single raspberry. Thus far I have been taking 1 in the morning right before I eat something for breakfast and 1 in the evening with my dinner. Also- there is a faint scent of raspberry when I open the bottle. Its not overwhelming but I can smell it. The pills are clear capsules with white powdery crystals in them. Hope this helps as I hope to help others with an honest review of this product.EDIT* - It is 8/16, 12 days since I began taking these 2x daily. At this mornings current weigh in I am down a total of 4.2 lbs since I began taking them. I will update again next week. There has been no change in my diet. I'll update again in a week. So, so far- I'd say yes they are helping me. There is not a "drastic" weight loss like I had first thought there would be, but I can honestly say I am losing some weight. I am using them once in the morning with breakfast and once in the evening at dinner time.

This product is really an eye opener. I love it. I have alot of energy, am losing weight and am not really hungry all the time like I was.(eating out of bordem) I pass up on all the snacks and find something small fills me right up. I have bought more of these but at a higher mg. I am sorry to say some of the best bargins are not on Amazon. I do make sure they are PURE EXTRACT and with no side effects you cannot go wrong. I have several friend and family that have lost so much weight with these.
