African Mango is snake oil

To be honest the seller did what he said he would do but the African Mango pills will do nothing for you but give you gas. I took them for a month I did not lose anything. there is much better products out there you could spend your money on.

Worth a try

I ordered this after trying to lose the weight from my second baby. For two weeks straight I was stuck at the exact same weight, even with a low calorie diet and exercise. I have used this for approximately 1 month and have just received my second bottle. In the month I have used it, I lost 7 pounds. When I ran out of the first bottle, I didn't rush to reorder, waiting to see how I did. I did notice an increase in appetite so I think the appetite suppressant works. In my experience, when combined with a low calorie diet and exercise, it does help to shed some pounds--without messing with your heart like many diet aids do. It isn't going to be a miracle and you're not going to loose 20 pounds in a month, which is unhealthy--you still have to work, but it helps.

So far not so good

Ok I have been taking this for a month just about and lets just say theres been no major break through. I will say this though it does help to curb the munchies a bit, who knows maybe I need to double up on the stuff?
