Enjoy weightloss

I've tried it all! My worst problem is sticking to something that tastes TERRIBLE. The Herbalife Formula 1 Shakes are fast, easy, effective and taste good. With the flavor varieties, there are tons of recipes that can give you that 'new flavor' or 'texture' that you look for. My personal favorite is the Cafe Latte. I'm a person who hates milk, so the idea of drinking a huge glass of milk everyday with powder mixed in is totally not something I'm looking for. The Cafe Latte can be mixed with Almond milk, Soy Milk, and also WATER (yes water!) and still taste good. These shakes are not thick and chalky. I'd suggest anyone looking for a weight loss program that they are ready to commit too to try these out!

I used to have a SlimFast shake for lunch until a friend recommended that I try Herbalife shakes instead. I wanted to trim a few pounds on a recent vacation to Hawaii so I tried the shake for the first time. This product worked great and I lost 5 pounds in 1 week. The shake itself is highly nutritious and I continue to have a shake for lunch everyday.

Since starting with Herbalife less than four weeks ago, I have lost 7 lbs. The first four took only four days to lose. This shake tastes great and mixes well with other shake flavors. I have already recommended this product to several people.
