CLA Helps!

I've used CLA twice in the past 4 years and have seen a difference within weeks if not days. My most recent use of CLA, I spent about 6 months running (10-15 miles a week) with a goal to lose 12 lbs (5'6" trying to go from 130lbs to 118lbs) and lost maybe 3lbs. As soon as I added CLA to my workout regimen, taking once pill once a day, I lost the remainder 9lbs in about 2-3 months. I can't be sure it was all the CLA due to a stricter diet but I am sure it helped significantly! CLA is a fatty acid that comes with eating certain meats. I don't get a lot of meat in my diet so this helps. I'm not one to put many unknown or unfamiliar substances in my body (ie, diet pills, fat burners, etc.). PS - I have never experienced any side effects with taking CLA. I hope this helps!

Softest skin ever!

CLA has long been purported to aid in toning the midsection but here is why I take it: It gives you the most amazing soft skin ever. Just like the last review said, you will notice a difference in days, which is fairly amazing. Most vitamins take weeks to notice any difference. I take 4 pills a day, two in the morning and two at night. You may want to start with one and work your way up, however, because for some reason CLA causes gas. That is the downside. I'm actually thinking of just taking 1 pill in the morning and 3 right before bed due to the gas thing (I'm not trying to be gross). Despite that little drawback it's not enough to make me stop taking CLA because you can slather on any number of moisturizers and never get soft skin like you will my taking this supplement. It's amazing.
