I'm finally getting to the weight I want

I've been taking this product for almost a month now. For the first two weeks I didn't really notice any difference at all. No issues with taking this extract but I was starting to think it was all hype. But during the last two weeks, I've lost six pounds and I believe I'm on track to to another 9!I'm not sure I can say that this is completely due to Garcinia Cambogia. In fact, I actually don't think that. I'm being pretty careful with what I eat and when I eat. I don't skip meals, I don't snack anymore and I pass on dessert and most sweets.But what this Garcinia has done is helped me stop the snacking and stick to reasonable portions at meal time. It has to have, because I've always had issues with that until now and the only difference is that I'm trying this. So as an appetite suppressant, I love it! It's working for me because it makes it much less difficult to make the lifestyle changes I needed to really start losing weight.I also have to say, I thought the bonus that comes with this product was very well done. All kinds of info and ideas about losing weight. I've bought lots of supplements before and this is the first time one of them has come with something like that.I'm happy with this product. A friend told me I should try Gold Source Labs because of the bonus and the freshness of the pills and the customer service she received. I'm happy with all of those things and I'll keep with this until I reach my goal.

I purchased this product and started using it a week ago. I was a little cautious at first because I had read some negative reviews of similar products sold by other companies. But after reading the product description it sounded like a quality formula and a good company, so I decided to go for it. I know from experience that whether it's weight loss, muscle building or just about anything else, it takes a minimum of three weeks before you see the results of your efforts, and a couple of months before really seeing a dramatic change. And three weeks is the dangerous point, too, because that's when people get lazy and end up falling back into the same old rut. Anyway, I saw that this was a three-month supply, which is perfect, and the price was reasonable, so I ordered.Now, I'm not that overweight, but over the past few years all the sitting at the computer I've been doing has piled a few extra pounds on me. Well, having foot surgery in 2010 and being in the latter part of my 50s has probably contributed to it, as well as my affection for the great variety of microbrews out there these days. But whereas my normal weight used to be about 162 pounds just a few years ago, I am now at nearly 180 pounds most days and haven't seen my weight go below 176 in a couple of years.Back to this past week. So I ordered the product and decided to take it religiously for a week without looking at the scale after my initial weigh-in at 177 pounds. I also decided not to change anything else - no additional dieting, no additional exercise - though I do plan to make changes there as well. But I wanted to see what would happen by just adding this product to my diet the way they tell you to.Well, the results are in. After only one week, I am now down to 173 pounds, the first time I've seen that number in nearly three years. And I'm a stickler for being accurate - I weigh myself with no clothes on at the same point every day (meaning after bodily functions take place, etc. :)).I have to say that I'm quite surprised, and very pleased. Further, I have been eating like a horse this spring. Maybe it was the long winter, but I've been eating like four times a day. When I first started the Garcinia, I actually felt hungrier for the first couple of days. Since they claim it's an appetite suppressant I was a bit concerned. But that went away after a couple of days and now I really do think it is helping with hunger cravings. I still ate like a horse the past week, and that's what really impresses me - I still lost weight. And it's not water either. I've been very careful to keep myself hydrated daily. And I never felt any ill-effects whatsoever. I think this stuff really works.Like I said, I do plan to get more exercise and maybe cut back a little on the (beer) drinking. After all, summer is coming so being active will be easier and the long days will (hopefully) keep me away from happy hour. As for eating, I have a pretty good diet anyway, so I probably won't make too many adjustments there. But I WILL stay diligent with this product for the full three months as recommended, my goal being to get back to may previous weight of 162 pounds.I will post updates*** to this review as I go, but right now I couldn't be more pleased.***Update 6/27/2013It's now been a month since I started taking this product, and I've lost a total of 6 pounds so far. This represents a 3.4% drop in my weight, without changing my diet and without exercising more. I've also added about 30-40 minutes of sleep per night on the average.And I'm sleeping better, I don't wake up after 4 hours with my eyes wide open like I used to. The only negative so far is that I've forgotten to take my tablets a couple of times because of my busy day. I guess I can deal with that! I will be re-ordering.

I bought these tablets because I was getting arthritis (!) from tons of running miles over my lifetime. All the books on arthritis say the most common way to find relief is to lose weight. Very hard to do when you are not overweight. So I bought Garcinia Cambogia Extract and took one before my morning meal every day and I have lost 3 pounds in about 3 weeks.
