Really works

This product really works. I only took 2 capsules 45 minutes before a meal and it really did make me feel full. I also ate less than normal. I was not consistent with the capsules. But I do think that it would really help you to lose weight if it were done consistently for 3 meals each day. You also have to be sure to drink plenty of water to keep you from being constipated.I would prefer to just take a capsule once a day, 3 times a day seems to be too tedious for my taste.
