JUST NEED TO LOOSE LIKE 15-20 POUNDS BUT I DON'T REALLY EXERCISE ON SUNNY DAYS A TAKE A QUICK WALK TO THE PARK WITH MY KIDS AND I STARTED TAKING THESE ONCE I SAW THEM ON THE DR OZ SHOW AND I LOST AROUND 7 POUNDS THE FIRST 2-3 WEEKS I UNFORTUNATELY FORGET TO TAKE THEM EVERYDAY SO I HAVE TO START THEM AGAIN BUT I AM HAPPY TO KNOW THAT THEY ACTUALLY WORK :)

I have been overweight for sometime. I have tried everything and many things work but I can't stick to it. Things like meal replacements, "eating right" - It just gets BORING and I lose interest. Also, have no will power when it comes to things like the bowl of candy in the house or similar snacks.I've only been using this product for about 5 days now and I can honestly say that it's helping. I can vouch for improved sleep. I mean, I wake up SO REFRESHED I don't WANT to sleep as much. My appetite has improved. I noticed the other day when I would usually gorge myself, I was like, "I really don't feel like eating too much." I did eat but BOY was it a smaller portion. So, appetite was suppressed by feeling satiated earlier.Lastly weight loss. Well, I don't use the scale. Scales don't reflect health. I can't say whether or not I've lost weight. It would also be unfair to judge that in 5 days. I can say that I notice my pants fit a bit better but I've only been using it for a week. It could be because of the improved fat metabolism as it's touted for OR because it's effect on satiation and proper sleep. Either way, if it causes me to get down to a healthy body fat level, I'm all for it.I guess the final test will be when I get blood work done. Improved blood lipid levels would be one of the best therapeutic effects of this supplement. Though only you and your doctor will see those results.
