Ships Fast! Taste Good!

I am rating this product a 4 because it tastes really good! Too early to determine any weight loss, as I just received the chocolate shake mix. I am excited to begin the Herbalife Quickstart program to improve my health and help with appetite control in the convenience of one easy meal replacement. Seller shipped quickly and accurately.

So far, so good

I have only been using the products for a couple of weeks while working out 3-4 times a week, so I have yet to notice any huge change. However, I'm not expecting an overnight difference and realize like any weight-loss endeavor it will take time.I was pleasantly surprised to find that the vanilla shake is pretty tasty, and you can be creative with recipes. I mix non-sweetened vanilla almond breeze with orange juice (creamcicle), frozen fruit, or instant coffee. When I don't use frozen fruit I toss in several ice cubes and blend to give it more of a shake-like consistency. So far my only problem is I get hungry fairly soon after I have the shake (within 2 hours), so I've learned to have a small snack between meals. I've also read other reviews that suggested adding some protein powder to the mix, so I may try that to keep me feeling fuller, longer.I've never been very great about remembering supplements/vitamins, so that has been a challenge for me to be consistent with these. All I can say so far is the multi-vitamin is pretty large and tastes/smells extremely potent and triggers my gag reflex every time. It's very possible that I'm more senstive as my husband doesn't seem to think it's that bad (although he agrees it's unpleasant). As for me, I need to pinch my nose as I swallow to get it down.That's all I have for now but I'll post a follow-up review when I finish everything off.
