Cissus Quadrangularis is an herb that is good for tissue healing and inflammation, helps reduce cortisol, aids in fat-loss, contains compounds that may work to promote tendon and ligament health, shows to have anti-microbial effects, anti-inflammatory actions and a reduction of tissue infiltration by immune cells. CissusMAX contains 725 mg of pure Cissus Quadrangularis per capsule. Cissus Quadrangularis (CQ) has been studied with doses of 600mg extract / day with good results. To help increase body fat loss, CissusMAX could be taken with caffeine, tyrosine, green tea extract, BCAA's or GlycoX 250. Some studies show, compared to a placebo group, taking CQ can reduce blood LDL "Bad" cholesterol, triglycerides and resting blood glucose. CQ can increase serotine levels, which can reduce appetite.

Huge decrease in joint and muscle soreness

I am getting a little older but still play just as hard as those 20 years younger, I've had creaky joints and soreness from intense workouts for a long time and just chalk it up to being hard on the body.I tried this stuff and after maybe two weeks had noticeable decreases in both joint soreness and muscle soreness, I also couldn't hear the cracking and creaking. Frankly I didn't even attribute it too this product I just thought I'd finish my supply.I ran out no problem and literally within a couple of weeks I was back to creaking and cracking! Again it took me a few weeks to put it together but I did I bought two more bottles.Dang if I don't feel better after hard workouts and events. Don't know why, don't care....I'm sold

I noticed this product not only helped me burn fat but I noticed a reduction in some shoulder inflammation I have had for awhile.

Joint Pain=Good! / Staying AWAKE 24/7=Bad :(

This stuff worked extremely well on my stiff joints. It also worked really fast, like within an hour or so I was feeling like I could finally exercise once again like I had in when I was younger. The bad thing was that it gave me incredibly terrible insomnia. I felt like I was wired up and hyper but not shaky or trembling.. just AWAKE. My mind would NOT shut off. The insomnia took a couple of days for it to wear off but the joint pain was off the charts while I was coming off of this. It was worse than it was before I tried this stuff. In addition to not wanting to be awake 24 hours a day, I also didn't want to be addicted. I wanted help and healing but not something that I HAD to take or I would be suffering bigtime. I don't know if other reviewers are so inclined to not experiencing some of the things I did, because of their already active lifestyle but for me it was waaay too much. I ended up tossing it out for a blend that had less cissus quadrangularis in it. Like 7 times less. So far that one is working out much better and it doesn't leave me feeling so restless and tense. It could also be my metabolism or the fact that I am starting menopause. Maybe it just didn't jive with me in particular. I know we are all different... some of us have allergies and such that others dont - and so on. So basically for me this is not something I will continue to use nor purchase again but that doesn't mean it will turn out the same for you. I seem to be in the minority about this product but again, I am not a bodybuilder or a heavy exerciser. If it works for you then I think that's great but for me it was not a success.
