At Last Blood Sugar is levelling..........

I heard about PGX on the DR Oz show and was hopeful that it might help me. I have had type 2 diabetes for about 3 years and am on Metformin. My blood sugar was high in the mornings - close to 200-210 - it would go down as the day went on especially if I limited my carbs, but it was always a roller coaster ride to keep it steady. My cholesterol readings were also high. I have been taking this for two weeks and my morning readings are going down steadily and I am able to control my cravings and food intake. I have also noticed that the weight is starting to go down with not any extra effort. I highly recommend it for cravings, appetite and blood sugar issues - I will let you know how the cholesterol works out....blood work being done next week.

Take As Directed So You Don't Waste Your $$$

This is a good supplement to lower your serum cholesterol levels IF, and ONLY IF you take it as directed. You must drink the prescribed amount of fluids in order to properly expand the product in your stomach and intestines. It's the expansion that creates the feeling of satiety. If you don't drink enough fluids, you will experience side effects, like constipation, gas, etc. Successful weight loss depends on a balance of three factors: Sensible caloric intake, sufficient intake of water, and exercise. This product is a tool to help achieve that balance for two out of three factors. You can't take this product and sit there waiting to lose weight -- you need to exercise too. Like all tools, it must be properly used to be effective. I use the softgels as part of a regimen that includes PGX powder as well and I have lost about 25 pounds over the past six months. The most noticeable benefit is the feeling of fullness that comes after drinking enough water. Rather than all that water flooding through your kidneys, the PGX retains the water and releases it over time as it passes through the intestines.

PGX Daily is an excellent product. It has helped me to regulate my diet, lose weight, and control my cholesterol levels. Three capsules twice daily is all I need to curb my craving for sweets especially at nights.
