Not a magic bullet, but I believe it helps

I've been trying to lose weight for months but have only taken this for a couple of weeks. Over about the last 4 months I've lost 16-17 pounds, but I had plateaued. Since I started taking this product about 2 weeks ago I've lost about 4 pounds. I am watching my diet and working out. I had been working out regularly for a long time already, and watching my diet (admittedly on and off) for quite a while before this 2 week period. So while this product alone I don't think has caused weight loss for me, I think it has given me a boost and helped get me off a plateau. No stimulants, the B vitamins are good, and glucomannan fiber helps with both fullness and (ahem...) certain functions. :) I like it. I will keep taking it.

These pills work very well. I have lost 22 lbs. so far. You just take 2 pills half hour before your meals and you are not as hungry.

I got tired of drinking apple cider vinegar each day for my gout/arthritis, so these are a great alternative. They keep my joint pain at bay.
