Cured my shingles!

I've been working around the clock with my new job for the past 6 months so I haven't been able to hit the gym as I used to or even get enough sleep or rest. What do you think happened? I got SHINGLES!!And I'm only 25 years old and most people who get shingles are actually much older, usually senior citizens.This was a huge wake up call and my doctor informed me that I wasn't taking care of myself, and that my immune system was extremely low. Instead of filling out prescriptions for all these pharmaceutical drugs, he told me that curcumin would help boost my immune system and that I could even cook with it!No joke, my shingles were gone within ten days and my body was back on track. Obviously, sleep and eating right helps, but curcumin definitely helped and now I continue to take it daily!

My doctor does not recommend that I take popular anti-inflammation medicines such as Aleve and Motrin because he suspects that I may be allergic to them, he promised me that he would be able to find a more natural solution to my chronic aches and he proposed that I begin taking Curcumin to ease my aches.After doing my own personal research and reading a bunch of reviews I settled on this particular brand Teraputics as my go to solution (I was attracted to the price).No longer do I twist and turn before going to sleep, no longer do I have to be laying completely flat on my back while watching TV and I can sit upright on my couch, no longer do I have to sit down after just 10 minutes of walking somewhere.This Turmeric Curcumin stuff is magic to me, and I thought I was in such a predicament. Many people never really find a solution that works for them for their chronic problems and I am sure there are people out there that Turmeric would not work for, but it has for me, and yes I do feel lucky because it was my very last solution. My aches and inflammation are down by 80%.

Turmeric is one of the spices in curry powder giving it that golden color for which it is known. It is an old Indian spice that has been used for centuries, for taste, and for its health benefits. It was only a few months ago that I was converted to a healthy lifestyle through supplements by watching a very eye-opening documentary. In this documentary the person was able to completely stop aches, pains, depressions, anxiety, and other ailments through the use of only supplements. Since then I have included multivitamins, niacin, fish oil, sam-e, and curcumin into m diet. I chose the curcumin for its anti-oxidant properties but it also works incredibly well in relieving my sore joints after I come back from the gym. In the past sometimes a hot bath would have barely any effect but the curcumin seems to work amazing. I would definitely recommend this curcumin brand for anyone out there looking to try it for themselves. The price as well as the 95% curcuminoids were a big selling point for me.
