Working for me the way I use them

I just started trying this yesterday. The directions say to take 1 capsule morning and evening before meals. I took 1 before breakfast and 1 before dinner. I didn't notice much difference in appetite suppression. I may have gotten fuller faster which I guess is a plus. I don't know if this is something that takes time to really work, but I will keep trying to see if anything changes. I will update my review after I've tried it a bit longer. I got this product free for my honest opinion. This is my opinion after receiving and testing the product.UPDATE July 15, 2013: I take these in conjuction with garcinia cambogia supplements. The garcinia cambogia work to suppress my appetite throughout the day except for my before-bedtime cravings. This is the time when I want to do my most binge eating. I guess I like to go to bed with my belly completely stuffed lol. Anyways, I changed the way I take these. Now I only take 1 a day at around 8:00pm. Since the garcinia cambogia helps to suppress my appetite through the day, this has helped me stop wanting food before bed. Since I've started doing this, I've lost about 4 pounds. I'm keeping this a 4 star since I am not taking them as directed and cannot attest as to how well they work day to day if used correctly.

I like saffron extract.

It really works for loss my weight and helps for my health.My routine days was sad but when I took saffron it really helps me about serotonin levels and relieve my stress.60 Capsules for 30 days good price.Reduces my hunger cravings.In Asia a lot of people add saffron in food.Very important for me made in USA.I forgot about extra diet or exercise to work.
