I am a 54 year old female-Here is what opened my eyes to this product for myself. I'm not over weight, but I am alone a LOT. It takes its toll on me in many ways. That is a type of stress that will cause my body to not function well and I loose the desire to be active which slowly turns my muscle into fat...especially when I crave sugar to feel better. This is a spiral that I have seen over and over in people my age especially when my husband and I owned weightloss and fitness centers. It is a no win battle if the right steps aren't taken.Because I am aware of this and know what to do, this information that my son showed me made complete sense and I knew it would work in light of the studies about Raseberry Ketone and Green Tea combined for healthy weightloss. The antioxidants in the third product plays a super important roll in balancing the sugar levels in my body so that my brain doesnt want sugar. . and also gaining needed energy for the day. I added 20 - 30 minute workout every day, the result is exactly what I want. I lost 2 lbs in 8 days and I am not craving sugar. My lean muscle is coming back and I feel great!Today, I worked at my cabin insulating the walls and ceiling. I had a limited time because of the short daylight, so I worked hard and didn't take a break. I'm 29 years old with two kiddos and I, like many other moms, have had a hard time getting those last 5-7 pounds off after my last baby. I work out and I eat healthy, but I still felt like I had this extra layer that I just couldn't get off! So frustrating.I've been seeing a lot of articles about raspberry keytones and thought this might be something I should try. I'm pretty skeptical about weight loss stuff. I've always been pretty in shape and haven't had to worry about weight much until now. I'm not overweight, but like I said, just not all the way back to myself.I got the pure health system and I'm two weeks in. I almost wanted to prove it wrong just to prove my point that eating right and exercise are the only ways that you can lose weight. I haven't done anything different. I still eat the same and I think I've actually exercised less because I've been traveling a lot. I've still lost 4 pounds! Never in a million years did I think this would work, but it is! I've got two weeks to go to complete the month. I'm excited to see what more it will do. Something I've struggled with is craving sweets. I haven't had any cravings and I feel really good. Being a mom of two boys, I'm always on the go and ALWAYS tired. I haven't done anything different other than take this product and I don't feel as tired. That's a huge deal to me.We'll see what happens after the four weeks!!!
