So, I had been taking Garcinia Cambogia for a month and lost some weight, but still did not feel the desire or energy to exercise to REALLY lose weight. I added this to the mix and lo and behold!After the cycle with the garcinia, I took the raspberry drops twice a day every day on an empty stomach. I used 1 full dropperful and didn't bother counting drops, just a full squirt. Capsules are probably just fine but this gets it right into your system without having to digest a capsule. This gave me energy. Not the buzzy crazy kind but a feel-good do stuff kind. So instead of sitting on my keister, I got up and walked. I take my drops around 11a and walk my lunch to the park, eat at 12 and walk back. I take again about 30mins before dinner and go for a brisk walk about 15 mins after I ate.My appetite is under control like it was with garcinia so the rasperry obviosuly help with that too along with the wonderful energy. I've lost a few more pounds and believe that slow and steady wins the race.

I take all the popular weight loss products. I try to alternate. These drops are a top3 fave. The convenience is the main reason because taking pills 3/day gets old. They all help me maintain my weight. This one gives some of the best energy though.

The pounds are little dropping off, I'm shocked. I know the 1st couple of weeks of dieting gives the most loss but this is unbelievable. I am not exercising at all. I take the drops before lunch and dinner and have so much energy and not eating so much. Instead of plopping in front of the TV I have been able to do a little gardening and crafts. In two weeks I have lost 9 pounds.
