This is a HUGE bottle!

My wife and I have tried several different brands of Garcinia cambogia recently, along with green coffee bean extract, raspberry ketones and green tea. So far in the past month, I've lost 10 pounds and she's lost five. What I like about the Vitality Haus brand is the relatively low dosage of 500 mg in each capsule, which lets us control how much we take at one time. We've found that taking smaller doses helps diminish any digestive distress. Also, it's a huge bottle so it will last a month, even if we take 3,000 mg/day (which is the highest dose recommended by Dr. Oz). I also like that this brand has only 105 mg of potassium per 2-capsule serving. Potassium is important, but I've noticed that larger doses can contribute to digestive problems.I'm pretty excited that we've found a combo of diet supplements that works for us, and I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone who has extra pounds to lose.

This is my second order of this product,(and this time I ordered 2 bottles) because my first bottle is almost empty. I have had terrific experience with this product and this seller on Amazon. The Garcinia Cambogia from this company has been part of my daily health and fitness regimen for almost two months now. I bought this particular one because of it's high percentage of HCA; it has Potassium and calcium; and I have noticed that it really does seem to curb my appetite. I've been taking these supplements before my meals, along with a daily workout of 45 minutes of cardio and 3 days/wk of weight workouts. For some of you, that may not sound like much, but I have a job that requires a lot of hours in the day, so I am happy with this supplement & my new routine. But more importantly, I am happy with my results. I'm down to a 34 inch waist (was 36"), and I feel more energetic than ever. If/WHEN I get down to my college waist of 32", I'll come back to write another review. For what breaks down to less than 45 cents a day, you shouldn't hesitate to buy this Garcinia Cambogia bottle, and see for yourself why so many people are using it. Best of all, it's all natural.

"Delivery was faster than I expected, right to the door. It was packaged very professionally. Unfortunately my wife and I decided not to use the product pending some less than healthy eating around a couple of parties including a birthday party for me. We had company over this past weekend and just started using the product. We wanted to give it an honest trial before reporting the results. After the first several doses, we noticed no bad side effects and I will be back to update my review shortly."
