Raspberry Ketones with CLA

I've taken my raspberry ketones for the last three weeks and I think they are effective but not as much as I've read in other reviews. I lost 2 pounds in this time, nothing huge, but still two pounds is two pounds! Also, I did feel them take effect right away in terms of more energy and less cravings. My friend started taking CLA with her raspberry ketones and had lost three times the weight in the same amount of time. I've taken CLA in the past, loved it, but never thought about taking the two together before she told me how much weight she lost. I am still a fan of both supplements, but I am a die hard fan of taking them together. I've only been on them for ten days but have already lost another 2 1/2 pounds. You can get the ketones for free too if you get the primaforce brand of the CLA, Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder. I think its been a great combo and taking them together has totally changed my outlook on Raspberry Ketones in general. Dr. Oz should of better communicated that taking these two together would be this effective, I'd be a lot closer to my goals right if he had!

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!

THIS WAS AN EASY 5 STARS!! I dont understand why people dont post their current weight before and after. Anyway, I, like majority of everyone else, heard about this product on Dr.OZ. I am 33, 3 kids and healthy at 147lbs 5'7". I wanted to lose my baby "pooch" and back "fat" after my third baby, who at the date of this review is 7 months old today! I eat right and do NOT excericise regularly; although, when I do excercise its rigorously for about 3 months straight (cause that boasts the best results for me). ANyway, I researched and researched a raspberry ketone that would work and I even got the okay from my family doctor (I'm that worrisome). I kept the bottle for about a month before my husband had to talk me into even taking it...I am extremely sensitive to medicines. I cant drink caffeine or take Nyquil for that matter. I have taken it for 5 days today and I checked the scale when I got home (this is even after a full day of breakfast and lunch) and I have literally lost a pound a day...scary right?! (147 to 142) WWWWOOOOWWWWW....I have been at 147 since my second child and they are all 3 years apart!! YAAYY, and my energy level is so super awesome. I am a school teacher of first graders and where I used to walk around examining student work and progress I am now literally skipping!!!! I am beginning to be aware that this product, and others, do not work for everyone for some reason, but it certainly doesnt hurt to try as many as you can until you get it right. By the way, I only take one a day which is 125mg and am steadily losing weight...I'm actually a little hesitant to take 2 a day because it is working so well...I'm thinking losing too much weight and even more extra energy will scare the crap outta me!! Be happy, Be haelthy and I congratulate all of you that are at least trying to make your lifestyle a little better one step at a time!!
