Product Description
VitaMedica's Healing Supplements Program combines Bromelain with Quercetin plus Arnica Monica 30X, to effectively minimize the swelling and inflammation associated with surgical procedures. The program is well-suited for less extensive procedures such as rhinoplasty (nose reshaping), blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), chin augmentation, breast augmentation, and many non-surgical procedures such as chemical peels, fat injections and other filler injections (e.g., Restylane®, Zyderm®). Bromelain inhibits compounds called prostaglandins that cause inflammation, and promotes the formation of anti-inflammatory prostaglandins. Quercetin inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators including histamine. Combined, these nutrients enhance the effects of each other and demonstrate significant anti-inflammatory activity. Did not work for me

I followed the instructions, and did not work for me. I had severe swelling and large echymotic areas (black and blue)around the surgical site. My best advice is for you to consult a homeopathy Doc. I did after the fact, and was told the pills are not strong enough to make any difference.

Great product for rhinoplasty/septoplasty surgery

I'm on day 6 of recovery for my rhinoplasty/septoplasty surgery. The doctor re broke my nose causing the normal black eyes and everyone is telling me that I recovered quite quickly and well. I highly recommend this product.
