Lost Weight and On The Way to More!

My husband had gained weight from Luprin injections during prostate cancer treatment. Had been discouraged with not being able to take the weight off. I saw that Dr. Oz was really happy with these Raspberry Ketones and I wanted to see if this would work for me too. I am already 45 years old that's busy all the time and I'm about 35 pounds overweight. To be honest I didn't see any results in the first week or so because I would take it before one meal and then forget to take them with my other meals. I was ridiculously inconsistent.The second week however I decided that I really need to make a commitment so I took 2 capsules, which is 500 mg, each day before breakfast and lunch. By the way, so I would remember to take them I would set my alarms at 7:00 am and 12:00 pm on my smart phone to remind myself to take them 1/2 hour before my meals. I'm glad I didn't give up because in only 1 1/2 weeks later I notice that I'm not as hungry at each meal plus my clothes are fitting better after loosing some weight. I'm definitely happy and can't wait to see more results in a couple of months!

People its no joke, im not working with this people i'm just a regular guy who was looking for something that could actually help me out with my exercise my diet and see results, Well and I found it, the suppliers are awesome they keep track and are really concern about the product specially on your opinion. I took time to write this down because I wanted first to see if it worked and second to tell you guys that if you put your self on a decent diet, work out and add the Raspberry Ketones you'll see the difference, it doesn't come in a week but after 2 weeks you body starts to change, you energy increases and you start loosing fat!I have lost 10lb 4%body fat in 16 days today, I started taking 2 pills in the early morning with a bottle of water maybe 8 to 10 oz of water, after 30 minutes I ate what was in my diet and hit the gym, 2 more pills 30 to 40 minutes before eating lunch and lots of water I did combine it with a " COLON CLEANSE" it gives you better results the combination its a match made in a Lab! but its working and I feel great! its really a good feeling when you buy something and its works.5 stars plus a lot more!
