i have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about, this stuff is amazing. i was 50 pounds overweight from my second pregnancy. i started taking this because i am a stress eater. i eat whenevr i am stressed and i think about food constantly. i started taking this 2 caps 15 mins before breakfast and again at lunch. total 4 caps a day. not only did it make me eat less, i had to remind myself to eat something. i went from constantly thinking about food to forgetting about food all together. i lost 15 pounds in a month! and all i did for exercise is 150 crunches a day to help with the baby pouch. i am at the beginning of my second month taking these and love them. i highly recommend these and all the jillian michaels diet suppliments!

Works for me, but at a price...

I believe that these supplements work differently for everyone; some better than others, some with tremendous effect and some with zero. I'm writing about how it works for me, but that's not to say it will be the same for every reader...I've purchased other appetite suppresents in the past, and none of them have had any effect on me whatsoever. I purchased Jillian's Calorie Control on a whim, because her other supplements have indeed had positive effect. I figured, if I'm out twelve dollars, so what.This is the only supplement aimed at curbing appetite that I have ever tried in 15 years that actually works for me! But, it isn't really a particularly pleasant experience... I found immediately that if I do not take this supplement with copious amounts of liquid, I will be suddenly stricken with nausea and the sweats, and have to gulp down half a gallon of water and/or iced tea and lay down awhile before the sick feeling passes. On the plus side, I certainly don't feel like eating anything! (Sarcasm intended).Now that this has happened to me a couple of times or so, I've taken Jillian's Calorie Control with several tumblers of ice water and I am absolutely full. Not waterlogged at all; it really feels like I've eaten a meal with jalepeno peppers and bulgar wheat, and I don't want anything else.This supplement is my conditional friend in weight loss. I'm afraid to take it plain, but with liquid it's a godsend. My fiance went away on holiday to his home country and was surprised to come home and find me many lbs lighter...this supplement is a big help in my dieting plan.I am coming to love Jillian's Calorie Control, but I respect its power...always with liquid, never will I be lazy again and take it plain. This stuff actually works!

I bought this trying to control my want to eat, especially when bored. If you follow the directions and take it 15 minutes before eating, you will probably feel full faster. Now, this is not a fat burner. It is an appetite suppressant. You need to be able to control your daily food intake. Don't expect it to turn 500 calories into 0 calories.The reason I gave it 4 is because I took it before my morning English class and I ended up constantly moving my pen around with my fingers or moving my leg muscles. I felt like I was on speed or something. If you have a sensitivity to stimulants, perhaps you should only take a half dose.In my opinion it works, but like any other medication/supplement, it has its side effects.
